Research Assistant of the Month
Ms. December is Rachel Serafinski!
Rachel is a senior at MSU and plans to graduate in the spring with a bachelor's degree in Behavioral and Systems Neuroscience. This is her second semester in Klump lab and she assists in Dr. Klump's current study on hormones, mood, and behavior during puberty. Rachel's main goal is to continue her education and attend a PhD-DO school. She would ultimately like to study neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia, focusing on proteins and peptides such as Beta Amyloid and Tau and their relationships to Alzheimer's disease.
